SQL*Wizard Turns 15!
The Date: November 25, 6:00 PM. The Place: Commons Bar and Restaurant.
The Board of Directors, clients, partners, former employees and incumbents gathered together to celebrate what everyone had been waiting for -- SQL*Wizard’s 15th Anniversary!
As early as 6:30 PM, the restaurant was already buzzing with excitement. Laughter, lively conversations, 80s and 90s music and glasses clicking can be heard throughout the restaurant. Colorful balloons and sumptuous aroma of various mouth-watering dishes further enhanced the ambiance. To capture this joyous event, a photo booth was set up at the second floor where people can wear different kinds of wigs or eyewear and unleash the inner diva in them. And afterwards, they can even get their pictures as souvenirs for free. What more can they ask for!
OTN RACs Manila
The Manila leg of the Oracle Technology Network Asia-Pacific tour took place last Oct. 27, 2011 at the Manila Shangri-la. The event, billed as OTN RACs Manila, was attended by developers, DBAs, IT managers and CIOs who were all very eager to hear what the speakers had to say.
The speakers were made up of Oracle ACE Directors and two Oracle executives who talked about a range of topics
Application Conversion for a US-based Technology Partner
SQL*Wizard recently closed an application conversion project for US-based Oracle Platinum Partner Enkitec. The project aims to convert an exisiting Powerbuilder application to Java and PL/SQL. The Power Builder application was initially converted using a utility created by the US partner, into JSP, Java Classes and Oracle packages.
