The Oracle Approved Education Center (OAEC) program is a complement to Oracle University's direct education business, providing Oracle training in locations where Oracle University does not maintain a direct presence. Oracle University provides Oracle licensed software products and Oracle developed curriculum to support OAEC classes. Oracle Certificates of Training are issued to participants.

OAEC partners conduct training at their sites or at customer sites with partner-employed instructors approved by Oracle University. Courses conducted by OAECs are a subset of Oracle University course offerings and are determined by Oracle. Oracle handles marketing and registration of OAEC classes. Oracle and OAEC partners enjoy a revenue share based on each class event.
